THE VIP EXPERIENCE (INVITE ONLY) 6:00 – 7:00pm
EVENING EXPERIENCE 7:00 – 9:00pm
There are four sessions on Saturday, January 28:
CHOCOLATE BRUNCH EXPERIENCE 10:00am – 12:00pm
EARLY AFTEROON EXPERIENCE 1:00 – 3:00pm
LATE AFTERNOON EXPERIENCE 4:00 – 6:00pm
EVENING EXPERIENCE 7:00 – 9:00pm

Etiquette and Attire
The attire for the event is dressy casual. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance so we recommend dressing similar to a nice evening dinner date.
Substituting Registration Names
Substitutions (i.e., replacing one individual with another individual for the same event) will be granted. Please provide written notice to email@example.com at least three (3) days before the event.
The HCF Planning Committee is working with vendors to provide nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. We encourage those with special food allergies to consider attending the first or second session as quantities will be limited. If there is a special need beyond those mentioned above, please reach out to the planning committee at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot provide a guarantee.
Although HCF strives to make all events accessible to all participants, including individuals with a disability or particular need, where reasonably possible, not all special needs may be accommodated at all events. If you desire special services because of a disability or specific need, please indicate the special service(s) at the time of your registration.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to email@example.com. Any cancellation request received fewer than five (5) business days before the event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance will be reviewed by HCF Planning Committee for approval.

There are no refunds for paid tickets who do not attend the HCF event. No credits for future events will be extended.
Any refund requests must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the event for which the refund is requested. Any request received after this timeline will not be approved. Any special circumstance refund request must include supporting material documenting the circumstances necessitating the request (e.g., a note from a physician for an illness, test result, etc.).
